Shortly after your order is submitted, you’ll receive an email containing credentials to login to your account area and gain access to your free video along with additional offers. If you have not received an email, please check your SPAM folder. If you still do not see an email, you may have provided an incorrect email address or the email may have been blocked. Please Contact Us to resend your download links.
Are Kiiroo devices compatible with PornHub?

Yes, your order is billed to either “CCBill” or “Epoch” on your credit card statement.

Why is my phone number required for an international order?
Our shipping partners require that all order outside of the United States require a phone number in order to be processed. This is due to circumstances where Customs in your country may need to contact you. We never distribute, sell, or trade your contact information and it is only used for shipping and fulfillment.
IS MY ONLINE INFORMATION SECURE?
We use CCBill to process all our transactions. Both processors use the most advanced encryption technologies, which ensures you a secure transaction.
WHY WAS MY PAYMENT DECLINED?
Credit card payments may be declined for any number of reasons. The best way to determine the cause of the failure is to contact the bank that issued your credit card.
WILL I RECEIVE PURCHASE CONFIRMATION?
Once your order is submitted, you be emailed an order. Important: If you have submitted an invalid email address you will not receive automated notifications. Email addresses cannot be modified once an order is submitted.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
As long as the order has not been shipped, then you can cancel your order and we will issue a refund immediately. If your purcahsed item is in-transit then you will need to contact us when the order arrives. We will provide you with a return label to send it back to us and you will receive a refund once the item is received.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
We do not accept any open box returns. If unopened, we will provide you with a return label to send it back to us and you will receive a refund once the item is received.
MY ITEM IS NO LONGER WORKING, CAN I GET A NEW ONE?
Please contact us with detailed instructions including what type of device and when the error started. Replacement items are sent within 48 hours of deeming the item having a manufactuerer's defect.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ITEM SHIPS?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Standard Time. All order ship within 72 hours after completion. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed at the warehouse and shipped the following Monday.

Currently we are offering free shipping to any country we ship to (minimum $100 purchase).

We ship within the USA, Canada, Europe, and several countries in other regions. You are responsible for paying tax designated by your country or region. This may be requested by the courier at time of delivery.
DO YOU REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY?
No, we do not require a signature for delivery.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME AT TIME OF DELIVERY?
Carriers may leave the package with an apartment management office or even on your front/back porch if the driver deems that the area is secure enough to leave the package. Otherwise, a notice will be posted that a delivery attempt was made and it will offer a variety of ways for you to obtain your order.
WHAT DOES THE PACKAGE LOOK LIKE?
All orders are shipped in a plain, cardboard box. The shipping label will identify the shipper as "Kiiroo ". There will be no reference to "Sex Toy", “Kiiroo”, or any other identifying description related to products designed for adults.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE WAS SENT BACK?
If a package is refused upon delivery and returned to our facility, the product value will be refunded upon receipt, less a restocking fee as well as the shipping fee charged by the courier to return the package to our facility.
HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
All orders within the United States are shipped via USPS. Orders outside the United States are shipped UPS or GSW depending on location.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Our facility ships packages Monday thru Friday. Orders usually ship within 2 business days from the date that payment is finalized. Shipping within the Continental United States usually takes 3 business days. Shipping outside the Continental United States varies by location and customs.
